Alligator Crawl Push-Ups

Challenge your core, strengthen your chest and everything you've got with alligator push-ups.

1. Begin in the traditional upstarting position of a push-up.

2. Lower your chest toward the floor while simultaneously bringing your left knee to your left elbow.

3. As you push up, walk the left hand forward and reverse-move to the right side.

4. Alternate across the floor or perform five to 10 alternating repetitions.
