1 STAND UP STRAIGHT
Your mother was right: Posture matters. To ease back pain, remember to stand with your shoulders back and down, and your chest high - and to walk with grace. Sit up straight, too.
2 LIFT WITH YOUR LEGS

5 RUB HERE
Studies indicate that massage can help ease back pain, leg pain, anxiety and depression. Get your doctor's OK before you indulge.
