Keith Devine, 27, of Southwest Philadelphia, was held for trial yesterday on murder charges in the March 25 shooting death of Jovone Stelly, 28, a mother of four.

Testimony at his preliminary hearing in Municipal Court indicated that Devine fired the first shot during a shoot-out between two factions on Pentridge Street near 58th. Devine was arrested in Williamsport in August. Four other men were previously held for trial in the shooting: Devine's father, Samuel Scruggs, Michael Wynn, Michael Stelly and Rashiek High.

Man shot in the head

An unidentified 36-year-old man was shot once in the head shortly before 1 a.m. yesterday on Thelma Street near Rising Sun Avenue in Hunting Park. The man was listed in critical condition at Albert Einstein Medical Center last night.

1 man killed, 2nd wounded

in West Phila. shooting

Police said one man was killed in a double shooting in West Philadelphia Monday night.

Antuan Askew, 26, was shot once in the right side shortly before 11 p.m. Askew, who also goes by the name Antion Buird, later died at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania.

A second unidentified man was shot in the left shoulder. Police said he was in stable condition at the hospital.

Bristol Twp. woman

missing for a week

Bristol Township Police are searching for a missing 32-year-old woman, Gina Bobbing-Mormando, who was last seen by her husband Nov. 28.

She is described as 5-foot-2, 95 to 100 pounds, with a Winnie the Pooh tattoo on her lower back.

She was last seen wearing a white fleece sweatshirt, blue jeans, sneakers and eyeglasses and was carrying a Winnie the Pooh tapestry shoulder bag.

She was last seen driving a metallic green 2006 Chrysler Town and Country minivan with Pennsylvania license number GMD 8191. Anyone with any information is asked to call Detective Tim Perkins at 267-812-3015 or the Bristol Township Police Department at 215-785-6107. *
