In a story published yesterday in the Daily News, a lawyer inaccurately characterized the military record of quadruple amputee Raymond Hughes. He served as an airman 2nd class in the U.S. Air Force in French Morocco between 1953-1956, and later worked as a painter for the Philadelphia Navy Yard. The soul singers cited were called the "Philly Intruders."
