Police are asking for the public's help in locating a 30-year-old North Philadelphia man who is wanted for murder.
Police are asking for the public's help in locating a 30-year-old North Philadelphia man who is wanted for murder.
Police said Neil Gardner shot Raheen Taylor, 27, of Strawberry Mansion, once in the chest on 11th Street near Diamond, North Philadelphia, shortly before 5 p.m. on Nov. 29.
Taylor died shortly after at Temple University Hospital.
According to Homicide Sgt. William Britt, Gardner's last known address was on 8th Street near Diamond.
On Saturday, police obtained a warrant for Gardner's arrest charging him with murder, possession of an instrument of crime, and weapons violations in connection with Taylor's slaying.
Britt said Gardner is about 5-foot-10, 240 pounds, with close-cropped black hair, a close-cropped moustache and beard, and tattoos on his left arm.
