Cardinal's Christmas party Cardinal Justin Rigali, archbishop of Philadelphia, will host the 52nd annual Cardinal's Christmas Party for Children at 1:30 p.m. tomorrow at the Sheraton Philadelphia City Center Hotel, 17th Street between Vine and Race.

Cardinal Justin Rigali, archbishop of Philadelphia, will host the 52nd annual Cardinal's Christmas Party for Children at 1:30 p.m. tomorrow at the Sheraton Philadelphia City Center Hotel, 17th Street between Vine and Race.

The children are those who received services from community or residential agencies of the Catholic Social Services this year. There will be a parade of marching bands, clowns and jugglers.

In addition, Bishop Shanahan High students will perform a musical presentation, and, of course, Santa Claus to distribute gifts.

Get a free college education

Applications are being accepted for the annual Tom Joyner Foundation Full Ride scholarship to be awarded to a high school senior entering a historically black college or university. The recipient will receive full tuition waivers and stipends to cover room and board and books.

25G reward in Delco slaying

The Citizens Crime Commission is administering a $2,500 reward for the arrest and conviction of the person or persons who murdered Gary Jenkins, 45, at his home on Reese Street, in Sharon Hill, Delaware County, last May 7. Jenkins was found dead of stab and slash wounds in the hallway of his home. The reward has been posted by CAPP Inc. Call 215-546-TIPS.

Teen to be tried as an adult

Zoran Harris, 15, of Camden, will be tried as an adult in the murder of James Zemek, 17, of Brooklawn, on May 30 in Camden. Also to be tried as adults in the case are Gregory Kellum, 18, and Naquan Johnson, 19, both of Camden.

Man fatally shot in Camden

Tyree R. Kelly, 27, of Camden, was shot to death Friday night on Wildwood Avenue near Princess in Camden, police said. Kelly had been shot multiple times. Police have made no arrests.

Party turns violent

A riot at a dance party held in a skating rink in Mount Laurel, N.J., early yesterday sent seven people to hospitals with gunshot, stabbing and trampling wounds.

The disturbance broke out shortly after midnight when someone fired shots into the crowd, hitting two people.

Four people were stabbed and a man was trampled trying to flee the building, police said.

None of the injuries were life-threatening. *
