Seven digital billboards in the Philadelphia area have been flashing the mug shot of 30-year-old Eric Floyd since Sunday morning, urging the alleged bank robber and murder accomplice to turn himself in.
Seven digital billboards in the Philadelphia area have been flashing the mug shot of 30-year-old Eric Floyd since Sunday morning, urging the alleged bank robber and murder accomplice to turn himself in.
Floyd is being sought in last weekend's slaying of Sgt. Stephen Liczbinski.
"We wanted immediate access to the public in case they spot him to contact their local law-enforcement officers immediately," said Jerri Williams, spokeswoman for the FBI.
Clear Channel Outdoor has contributed billboard space to aid the FBI and the Philadelphia police. *
