One man was killed and two others wounded in a triple shooting shortly before 10 last night on Wylie Street near Perkiomen in Francisville, police said.

A 41-year-old man was shot once in neck and leg and taken to Hahnemann University Hospital, where he was pronounced dead, cops said. A 33-year-old man was shot twice in the chest and a 30-year-old man was shot once in the left foot and thigh. Both of those victims were also taken to Hahnemann, where the 33-year-old was listed in critical condition and the 30-year-old in stable condition.

Man, 73, hit with blow dart?

A 73-year-old man was shot and wounded in the shoulder last night with what police said appeared to be a blow dart. The unidentified victim was struck about 7:30 while sitting on the front steps of his home on Clarion Street near Dickinson, police said. He was taken to Thomas Jefferson University Hospital, where he was listed in stable condition, police said.

W. Philly gunshot victim ID'd

Police yesterday identified a man gunned down in West Philadelphia this week as Devon Gregory, 21. Gregory, of Larchwood Avenue near 58th Street, was pronounced dead on the scene on Rodman Street near 58th shortly after 3 a.m. Wednesday. Police listed the motive as robbery. Kid-porn suspect ordered held

U.S. Magistrate Judge M. Faith Angell ruled in federal court yesterday that Charles Lefebvre, 27, accused of possessing thousands of images of child porn, should remain locked up pending trial.

Assistant U.S. Attorney Emily McKillip said that Lefebvre fled his Montgomery County apartment in 2008, after authorities seized his computers. He was found last month on the Honduran island of Roatán, living under an alias, in a common-law marriage and working as a waiter, she said.

Guilty plea in cop shooting

Marvin Marmolejos, 27, charged in May with shooting Upper Darby Police Officer Ray Blohm four times near the 69th Street Terminal, pleaded guilty yesterday to attempted murder, assault of a police officer, drug possession and related offenses.

Blohm, 31, a 10-year police veteran, survived the shooting. He returned fire at Marmolejos, striking or grazing him four times, then held him at gunpoint until backup arrived, according to police.

Chester Co. bank robber sought

A man in a gray hooded sweatshirt with multiple tattoos on his fingers, neck and wrists, robbed the Fulton Bank Branch at 1201 West Chester Pike, in West Goshen Township, Chester County, yesterday.
