Authorities are looking for a woman they say stabbed a Burlington County woman to death during an argument in Camden on Friday.
Lettie "Shay" Carstarphen, 20, of Centennial Village, Camden, is accused of stabbing Bernadette Teamoh, 29, of Cinnaminson, during an argument on Line Street. Carstarphen is 5 feet 7, weighs about 160 pounds and has black hair and brown eyes.
Anyone with information about her whereabouts is asked to contact the Camden County Prosecutor's Office at 856-225-0400. The Citizens Crime Commission is offering a $1,000 reward for information leading to her arrest. To be eligible, you must call the commission's tip line at 215-545-847.
2POT PLANTS IN TODDLER'S
BEDROOM
A Delaware couple was charged this week after Delaware State Police investigating a domestic argument found marijuana plants growing in a toddler's bedroom.
Stephen Freeman, 22, and Kristy Larlham, 19, of Hartly, were arrested after police allegedly found 15 small marijuana plants in the bedroom of the couple's 18-month-old child.
Delaware State Police say 42 oxycodone pills were also found in the home.
The two were released on $13,000 bail each. The state Division of Family Services was notified about their child's living conditions.
3STOLEN ULTRASOUND
MACHINES PUT ON EBAY
Juan Torres, 44, of Glenolden, a paramedic for Riddle Hospital Emergency Medical Services in Middletown Township, Delaware County, was arrested yesterday and charged with stealing an ultrasound machine worth $35,000 from the hospital last year.
State Police tracked Torres down after he allegedly tried to sell the machine and a similar one reportedly stolen from Doylestown Hospital on eBay.
