A 31-year-old man was critically wounded during a shooting outside an Olney bar about 12:44 a.m. Saturday, according to police.

The victim, whose identity was not released, was involved in an argument inside JD's Tavern, on 5th Street near Olney, with an unknown man in his 20s, police said.

When the victim left the bar, he was shot once in his chest and once in his arm, according to police.

He was taken to Albert Einstein Medical Center, where he remained last night in critical condition.

2 CONDITION OF VICTIM UPGRADED

A man who was wounded in the thigh in Port Richmond early yesterday has been upgraded to stable condition, police said.

The 22-year-old man was on Ann Street near Almond when he was shot.

He was taken to Episcopal Hospital in critical condition, before being upgraded, according to police. The shooter is known to authorities, but he had not been apprehended as of last night, police said.

3 CHERRY HILL COP CAR TAKEN, TORCHED

A Cherry Hill police cruiser was stolen early yesterday and soon afterward was found on fire in Camden, police said.

Three men who were caught robbing the Best Buy store on Route 70 fled the scene in two stolen vehicles, Cherry Hill police said.

One man bailed on his vehicle after a short ride, then found an unattended police cruiser, drove it west on Route 38 to Broadway and Ferry Avenue, in Camden, and set it ablaze, authorities said.

The other two men drove to Evesham Township, where they fled on foot, police said. One man was found; the other remained at large. All of the stolen property was recovered, police said.
