Police confirmed yesterday that DNA links the same suspect, known as the Kensington Strangler, to three murders. * The reward for information leading to the Strangler's arrest and conviction was hiked from $3,000 to $37,000. Of that reward, $7,000 is available as soon as the suspect is arrested.
