The shooters are believed to be two other teens, police said. The victim was taken to Temple University Hospital, where he was listed in stable condition, police said.

23 ARRESTED FOR SEX WITH TEEN

Three South Jersey men have been charged with sexual assault and morals counts for having sex with a 15-year-old Mount Laurel girl, authorities said yesterday.

The men allegedly met the girl after chatting with her on social-networking sites. The girl then arranged to meet with each of them between February and April for sex in their cars, according to the Burlington County Prosecutor's Office.

One of the girl's parents called police after discovering her activities. A Mount Laurel detective pretended to be the girl online and arranged to meet the men, and they were then arrested.Charged were John O. Goins III, 28, of Willingboro; Dorence Y. Caulker, 33, of Lumberton; and Matthew M. Sadowski, 26, of Mount Laurel, authorities said.

3MAN SHOT AND KILLED

A man was shot multiple times on Cambria Street near Bailey in North Philadelphia last night and later died.

Police Chief Inspector Scott Small said the man had been shot twice in the back, once in the side and once in the arm. He was taken to Temple University Hospital and was pronounced dead at 5:30 p.m.

4ONE KILLED, ONE INJURED

One man was killed and another was taken to the hospital in a double shooting just before 9 last night in Hunting Park.

Police said an 18-year-old youth was shot four times on Tiber Street near Wyoming Avenue, and was taken to Temple University Hospital. Officials said he was pronounced dead at 9:20 p.m. Another 18-year-old was shot in the lower left arm and was taken by a private vehicle to St. Christopher's Hospital, where he was in stable condition, police said.

MAN CHARGED IN CHASE, CRASH

A man who fled from police in a stolen vehicle and then caused a fatal accident in Southwest Philadelphia on Sunday has been identified as Michael Watson, 48, of 57th Street near Walnut, police said.

Watson allegedly led police on a chase in the stolen Chevy Tahoe from Delaware County to Bartram and Island avenues, where police laid down spike strips. After driving over the spikes and running a red light, Watson struck a Chrysler 300, killing the driver and injuring the passenger, police said. Watson and his 43-year-old passenger were treated for their injuries from the crash. Yesterday, Watson was charged with murder, aggravated assault, theft, fleeing police and related offenses.

KILLER SHOT BY POLICE

IS IDENTIFIED

The man who was killed by police in Olney after he stabbed to death a 52-year-old father of two Saturday has been identified as Eric Radcliffe, 22, of Lawrence Street near Roosevelt Boulevard.

Radcliffe stabbed Charles Fricker with a butcher knife during a robbery on 3rd Street near Somerville Avenue about 9:50 a.m., police said. Radcliffe was shot by police after three blasts from a stun gun failed to prevent him from lunging at responding officers with his butcher knife, police said.
