* June 11: BBoy BBQ, 48th Street and Westminster Avenue, West Philly, 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.
Students and instructors from SEAMAAC's Hip Hop Heritage program will participate in this free annual event, which draws dancers and performers from around the globe. SEAMAAC dance instructor Joe Son said his crew, Illadelph Phlave, will be hosting the B-Boy Battle or "powwow" from 12 to 6 p.m. There will also be kids' activities, such as a moon bounce and face painting.
