Police arrested one of the men they said was responsible for a shooting in Germantown Friday that critically wounded a 53-year-old woman who was lying in bed when a stray bullet flew through her window.

About 6 a.m. yesterday, police arrested Ahmae Harris, 21, of East Germantown on charges of attempted murder, aggravated assault and other charges.

The woman was inside her house about 3 p.m. Friday when the shots rang out. She was wounded in her face, and was taken to the Albert Einstein Medical Center.

The woman was still in the hospital yesterday, and police said that she was listed in critical but stable condition.

Police are looking for a second suspect, Kairi Harris, 33, who they said is Ahmae's cousin. He lives on Rittenhouse Street near Osecola, in East Germantown, police said.

Bank robbery caught on surveillance camera * Grant Avenue near Roosevelt Boulevard

A surveillance camera caught footage of a man robbing a TD Bank branch in Northeast Philadelphia on Monday, and the FBI and the police violent-crimes task force are asking for help from the public to arrest him.

At 4:44 p.m., the man walked into the bank and gave a teller a threatening demand note, cops said.

Police said that the man took an undisclosed amount of money and ran west through the parking lot.

Police described the suspect as a Hispanic man in his mid-20s to early 30s, clean-shaven and wearing a baggy, gray hooded sweater and blue jeans.

Police seek missing woman

Police are searching for Deloris Jones, 64, who suffers from dementia and was last seen at her South Philly house on Christmas Eve.

Jones left her house to shop at a 7-Eleven store on Passyunk Avenue near 23rd Street, then a Walgreens on 22nd Street near Oregon Avenue, and did not return home, police said.

Jones is African-American, about 5 feet 7 and 145 pounds. She has brown eyes and black hair that was pulled into a ponytail, police said.

She was last seen wearing a brown jacket, brown corduroy pants, a black and white sweater, burgundy boots and a pink hat.

Cops: Man stole Christmas gifts

Cops are searching for a man who snatched a box of Christmas gifts from the front porch of a home and walked off with it on Dec. 14.

The thief approached the house just after 5 p.m. and noticed a package that police said was stuffed with tennis shoes and other goods purchased as Christmas gifts.

Police said that the box had only recently been delivered to the address when the man stole it.

After grabbing the gifts, the man fled east on Catharine Street toward 16th, police said.

A surveillance camera caught footage of the suspect walking through the area, and police posted it online in hopes that help from the public will help identify the man.

The suspect is described as a thin African-American man wearing a baseball cap. He may have been carrying a travel coffee mug.
