CORRECTION A story in Monday's paper about lawyer Jimmy Binns representing the family of a man who was murdered by a police officer incorrectly identified the person who was referred to as a "loose cannon" in the lawsuit. The "loose cannon" referred to in the lawsuit is former Philadelphia police Ofc. Frank Tepper. We apologize for the error.
