Cops arrest man for

Cops arrested a man Wednesday in a hit-and-run crash that killed Deanna Teal in Southwest Philadelphia Monday night.
Jerome Brooks faces charges of vehicular homicide, leaving the scene of an accident and related offenses. Investigators said they believe that he had been speeding at the time of the crash.
Teal, 52, died at the scene, and police found the Chevy Tahoe they believe hit her near 47th and Larchwood - a few blocks from the scene - after following a trail of fluid that apparently leaked from the truck.
Driver sought in deliveryman hit/run
* Wyoming and Whitaker avenues, Feltonville
Gut-wrenching video released by police on Wednesday night shows a car plowing into a pizza-deliveryman in Feltonville and barely slowing down before taking off.
Police said the 45-year-old victim, who was hit about 5 p.m., was rushed to Temple University Hospital, but is not expected to survive. Investigators said that he'll likely be taken off life-support on Thursday.

Police: Man killed his wife
* 3rd Street near Bartram Avenue, Tinicum, Delaware County
A Delaware County corrections officer turned himself in to Tinicum Township police Wednesday and was charged with killing his wife.
Winlaw Muzirwa, 38, allegedly killed Daisy Janbawo, 34, in their home. Authorities said that he shot her in the face and back after an argument.
He was a guard employed by Community Education centers, but has been on disability for two years.
