Anthony Kiedis flashes red-hot anger in scuffle at Philly Four Seasons

Red Hot Chili Peppers’ Kiedis brawls with security guard asRolling Stones were leaving, TMZ says

RED HOT Chili Peppers frontman Anthony Kiedis had a scuffle with a security guard outside Philly's Four Seasons Hotel yesterday, where the Rolling Stones also were staying at the time, a video on the website TMZ shows.

In the video, Kiedis and a woman are seen approaching the hotel before being stopped by the security officer, who appears to mistake the singer for a fan. Kiedis tries to walk past the guard, who then pushes him back.

Kiedis fights back before police and other bystanders join in to separate the two.

"That's the lead singer of the Red Hot Chili Peppers!" one bystander yells. "He's wearing Four Seasons sandals," says another.

TMZ reported that the Rolling Stones were leaving the building at the same time, and that the guard may have been working for them.

The Rolling Stones are playing the second of two shows in Philly tonight at the Wells Fargo Center. The Red Hot Chili Peppers are scheduled to headline the Firefly Music Festival tonight in Dover, Del.

A spokeswoman from the Four Seasons did not immediately respond to a request for comment. A representative for the hotel told TMZ that the bodyguard was not hired by the company. A source for the Stones also told TMZ that guard was not with them.
