City agencies and their dangerous properties

Here’s a list of city agencies that own unsafe and imminently dangerous properties.

PHILADELPHIA is plagued with thousands of empty, rotting properties that are more than just eyesores.

Many pose a real danger to fed-up, frustrated and frightened residents.

According to data obtained by the Daily News, government agencies own a chunk of these buildings, which have all been flagged by the Department of Licenses and Inspections because of their dilapidated condition.

* Department of Public Property: 86 properties deemed unsafe, 12 properties deemed imminently dangerous.

* Philadelphia Redevelopment Authority: 37 properties deemed unsafe, four deemed imminently dangerous.

* Philadelphia Housing Development Corp.: 26 properties deemed unsafe, three deemed imminently dangerous.

* Philadelphia Housing Authority: 114 properties deemed unsafe, 12 deemed imminently dangerous.
