SEAN MOSES, an accused serial peeping tom, wrote a tutorial to go with a video of two Villanova University coeds undressing that police say he posted on a porn website:

"When you get caught out of position you ruin what could have been an awesome semester in voyeurism 101," he wrote.

Moses, 37, got caught out of position.

And yesterday, Radnor Township Police said, detectives ruined his "semester in voyeurism 101" when they showed up at the Narberth home he shares with his girlfriend and their 6-year-old daughter and arrested him on more than 200 criminal counts for his voyeuristic videos.

The Internet video of the Villanova students, titled "Amazing Brunette and roommate who noticed peep," was taken about 11:40 p.m. Sept. 7, through a window in the women's apartment at the Home Properties of Bryn Mawr, Radnor Police Superintendent William Colarulo said during a news conference at the Delco police department yesterday.

Colarulo said the peeping-tom clip that got Moses caught is just the tip of the iceberg: When Detective T.J. Schreiber and other investigators began looking into Moses after the students' run-in with the perv, they found 86 total videos he shot and posted online of unsuspecting girls and women.

Several videos show Moses having sex with women unaware they were on camera, Colarulo said. Most of the videos - 69 in all, according to the criminal complaint against Moses - were filmed at the Forever 21 store in King of Prussia Mall and show different women and at least one underage girl changing in fitting rooms. In a video clip police released, Moses can be seen in a fitting-room mirror crouching on his hands and knees and using his phone to surreptitiously record video of a young blonde woman as she begins to undress.

"You have young girls on a Saturday afternoon, they go with their girlfriends to try on some clothes, and you have a pervert like this violating [their] personal space and privacy," Colarulo said, praising the work of Schreiber and other detectives who tracked down the videos and traced them to Moses.

In all, Moses is charged with 86 counts of invasion of privacy, 86 counts of criminal use of a communication facility, 86 counts of intercepting communication, 15 counts of loitering and prowling at night, three counts of distributing obscene or sexual images, one count of child porn and related offenses for the videos. Police said those charges are just for what they've found so far.

"We expect many, many more of these types of offenses, as we still don't know how widespread this is," Colarulo said, adding that investigators also found videos of women and girls Moses shot secretly on the boardwalk and beach in Ocean City, N.J.

In 2002, Moses landed on a police watch list when he was issued a letter by Villanova University barring him from stepping foot on its campus after he was caught taking video of women in bathing suits during swim meets, Colarulo said. He said numerous videos were found on three cell phones and two computers police confiscated from Moses' home, and that cops also found files labeled "Jailbait" on his computer.

Colarulo said investigators are trying to identify the women and girls in the videos and photos and anyone else who may have been victimized by Moses. He urged anyone who recognizes Moses or suspects they may have been a victim to contact Radnor Police.

He said police hope Moses' sex partners who were secretly filmed also come forward.

"Some of these videos, uncensored, just really make you nauseous. There was one woman who was sleeping in bed, and . . . when he couldn't get a good angle, he's moving her body parts so he can get close-ups. Very repulsive," Colarulo said.

"This man needs to be in jail, he needs to be on the Megan's Law website," Colarulo added. "He needs to leave our women and our children alone, and this has to end today. That's why I'm asking for the public's help."
