Commuter alert: I-95 reopens

A crash involving an overturned vehicle forced emergency crews to close all lanes of I-95 northbound between Exit 27 and Exit 30 in Philadelphia this morning, causing a major rush-hour problem for motorists.

The crash occurred at Bridge St., and motorists were directed off at Allegheny Ave.  The lanes were reopened at 7:35 a.m., but traffic was still slow.
