An Old City office building that also houses several restaurants was evacuated after a fire this morning.
The fire broke out at 325 Chestnut St. around 9:30 a.m. and was placed under control within about 15 minutes, the Philadelphia Fire Department said.
The fire department said the blaze was contained to the second floor, though the entire building was evacuated for about 45 minutes.
The restaurants Buddakan and Cosi are located on the building's first floor.
No injuries were reported.
