of "CSI," raised in West Philly and Willingboro, N.J., was busted in Palm Springs yesterday for alleged possesion of heroin, cocaine, ecstasy and prescription drugs, TMZ.com reported.

Law-enforcement sources tell TMZ the actor was asleep in his car at 5:21 a.m. when they approached the vehicle and made the bust. He posted $5,000 bail and was released, according to TMZ.com. The Web site is no fan of Dourdan, who last year assaulted one of its cameramen. Dourdan's former publicist is no longer handling him, and she believes he doesn't have a spokesperson.

In a May 2007 interview with Rich Rys for Philadelphia magazine, Dourdan confessed his affinity for marijuana, a far cry from the hard drugs he's now allegedly using.

Some jeers for 'Happy Tears'

Some Prospect Park neighbors aren't crying "Happy Tears" over that film's production being set up on their block, but most in the Delaware County town have been supportive of the production, we're told. The movie, starring Demi Moore, Parker Posey and Rip Torn, is shooting in a house along 13th Avenue.

One neighbor, angry about being asked not to mow his lawn Friday night while a scene was shooting and about a breakfast truck that arrived at 5:45 a.m. and parked by his lawn, called 9-1-1 to ask police to intervene. Prospect Park Police Chief John Saddic said that he has heard complaints from a few neighbors but that mostly the residents were supportive. Saddic said an officer is usually on set providing security for the family drama, in which Moore and Posey play Torn's daughters.

"I'm sure that if you had any complaints, they were minor and few," associate producer Richard Lormand told us last night. "Neighbors have come around and said hello. They've brought their kids, sometimes their lawn chairs and cocktails. No one has been disruptive at all. One lady even brought us some fresh baked cinnamon rolls!"

O'Brien service set for Friday

"Big" Ron O'Brien's memorial service will begin at 11 a.m. Friday at the Bringhurst Funeral Home, at West Laurel Cemetery (225 Belmont) in Bala Cynwyd.

The 98.1 WOGL afternoon jock died Sunday after a bout with pneumonia. WOGL, which has a tribute page up at wogl.com, has asked anyone interested in donating money to do so to the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia. The service will be broadcast in real time at wogl.com.

An odd note on O'Brien's death is that he recently had been hospitalized at Paoli Memorial, where radio legend Hy Lit was being cared for at the time of his November death.

O'Brien, a former WFIL jock whose 39-year career also took him to New York, Los Angeles and Chicago, started at WOGL in October 2001, not in 2002 as we stated in our Monday report of his death.

Kammerer keeps his crown

For the third straight year, CBS 3 meteorologist Doug Kammerer outswung his media competition at the 11th annual Richie Ashburn Home Runs for Heart Media Day at Citizens Bank Park. Kammerer hit a homer and also scored best on the farthest balls batted. CW 57 Crew member Justin Dugan came in second, and also hit a homer. 6ABC sports reporter Jamie Apody led all female batters.

Q102's Booker, who took the radio crown last year, was outhit by 93.3 WMMR's CaseyBoy and 92.5 WXTU's Razz, who will face off May 19 as will 900 WURD's Al Butler, a former Daily News Sexy Single, who had one point less.

Kerry O'Connor of the Center City Weekly Press and Danny Field of MLB Publications tied in the print category and will also face off on May 19.

The event is a precursor to the Richie Ashburn Home Runs for Heart fundraiser for the American Heart Association May 19 and 20 at Citizens Bank Park, in which folks can register to try to knock one out of the park. It costs $1,500 per group of four or $400 for individuals. For info, call 610-940-9670, or visit start.kintera.org/philly.
