Lunch, with love. The Marlowe lunch bag with lunch palette and knife is the creation of husband-and-wife team Margaux and Walter Kent, who run Peg and Awl from their Fishtown home. Inspired by a friend who is known for stuffing notes and quotes into the lunches of her husband and kids, the Marlowe, made of waxed canvas, has a pocket for your own well-wishes. The palette and knife, made from reclaimed hickory, fits snugly inside the bottom of the lunch bag. Bag available separately as well.

To buy: $74 for knife and palette and lunch bag (in colors slate, spice and tumbleweed), or $44 for the lunch bag, at pegandawlbuilt.com. Items ship within a week of order placement.
