Escapee from Md. prison captured in Germantown

Working with Philadelphia police, Maryland state police apprehended an escaped prisoner at a Popeyes restaurant in Germantown on Sunday night.

Police tracked Kevin Talley, 22, to a home in the 4600 block of Wayne Avenue but found him at Popeyes in the 100 block of West Chelten Avenue, public affairs officer Christine O'Brien said.
