A Burlington County lawyer who investigated racial profiling by New Jersey state police and works as an employment lawyer in Philadelphia was nominated yesterday for a state judgeship. Gov. Corzine nominated Terrence Randall Cook, 40, of Willingboro, to be a Superior Court judge in Burlington County.
Cook, a member of the Burlington County College board of trustees and a lawyer for the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, was among 22 lawyers nominated to fill judicial vacancies statewide. The nominees require state Senate confirmation.
