14-year-old girl shot in leg in North Philly

Police are investigating a shooting that injured a teenage girl Monday night in North Philadelphia.

The 14-year-old was shot once in the right calf, police said, and was in stable condition at Einstein Hospital on Monday night.  The shooting occurred about 6:10 p.m. on the 400 block of Gratz Street.

Officers have not made an arrest or recovered a weapon, police said.
