Lecture on drugs patents at Penn State Great Valley

Always wondered about the big pharmaceutical companies and their battles over drug patents? Donna Hammaker will try to shed some light on the issues by hosting "Drug Companies and the Patent Game: Fair Play or Foul?", a free discussion at Penn State's Great Valley campus scheduled for 6 p.m. on Feb. 28.

Hammaker is the former president and chief executive officer of Collegiate Health Care, an attorney, and an adjunct professor of Biotechnology and Health Industry Management at Penn State. She will offer her thoughts and experiences from the pharmaceutical world in a presentation, and then take questions until 7:30.
