Police yesterday released a sketch of a man who allegedly assaulted a 19-year-old woman in North Philadelphia Monday.
Cops said the man approached the woman on Carlisle Street near Norris at 4:30 p.m. and asked to borrow her cell phone. He grabbed the phone from her and wrapped his arms around her in a "hug" and indecently assaulted her.

Man wanted for robbery
and attempted rape
A bespectacled man allegedly robbed and attempted to rape a woman in a Northern Liberties dry cleaners yesterday morning.
Police said the man, described as 5 feet 10 and 180 pounds, threatened the 56-year-old woman with a simulated weapon inside Liberty Walk Dry Cleaners, on American Street near Wildey, shortly before 10 a.m. The woman handed over $100. Anyone with information on the incident can call 215-685-3261.
SW Phila. man is 50th homicide
Richard Redic, 35, became the city's 50th homicide victim of 2007 when he was shot in the chest shortly after 11 Monday night on 56th Street near Willows Avenue, Kingsessing.
He was pronounced dead at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania.
