Coatesville man, 23, shot to death
A 23-year-old Coatesville man was fatally shot Thursday, Chester County District Attorney Tom Hogan said Friday. Devaughn Wayne Shelten was shot about 4 p.m. in the 500 block of Olive Street, Hogan said. A second person also was shot and was reported in stable condition at a local hospital.
