Man, 31, killed in Germantown Ave. hit-run

A 31-year-old man was killed Sunday in a multicar accident at Germantown and Erie Avenues, police said.

An unidentified hit-and-run driver sideswiped the man's Hyundai Sonata, which spun out of control and hit three other cars about 1:15 a.m.

The man, whose name was not immediately released pending family notification, was pronounced dead at Temple University Hospital. - Mark Fazlollah
