Child falls from Spring Mountain ski lift
A 5-year-old boy was injured Saturday night when he fell from a ski lift at a Montgomery County lodge. The child, whose name was not released, was riding on the beginner ski lift alone with the bar up, said Rick Buckman, owner of the Spring Mountain Adventures ski lodge in Schwenksville, when he fell about 30 feet into the snow below him.

The child, whose name was not released, was riding on the beginner ski lift alone with the bar up, said Rick Buckman, owner of the Spring Mountain Adventures ski lodge in Schwenksville, when he fell about 30 feet into the snow below him.
The child did not lose consciousness and was flown in a medical helicopter to Children's Hospital of Philadelphia.
No information was available Saturday on his condition.
