Easter dinner for Chester residents

CHESTER Residents of Chester in need of help can join CityTeam Ministries, a nonprofit organization, for Easter dinner Sunday at 5 p.m. at the group's office.

All families and individuals in need are welcome for dinner at 634 Sproul St. in Chester, said John Clifford, food service supervisor for the organization. Registration is not needed in advance of the meal.

CityTeam Ministries in Chester serves dinner nightly, Clifford said, but Sunday's will be larger than usual and will be served "restaurant-style" with a waitstaff and multiple courses.

Cityteam Chester is still in need of food and monetary donations for its Easter dinner, as well as volunteers to help with other programs throughout the year. Those interested in helping can contact Clifford at jclifford@cityteam.org. - Caitlin McCabe
