High risk of wildfires in Philadelphia region

There's an elevated fire risk in the Philadelphia area Thursday, the National Weather Service is warning. Wind gusts of up to 30 mph, combined with "low relative humidity and rapidly drying fine fuels" are likely to lead to a greater risk of wildfires Thursday afternoon across most of New Jersey, eastern Pennsylvania, Delaware, and Maryland's Eastern Shore, the weather service says.
