Man injured in fall between SEPTA train and station platform.

A man trying to board a train at SEPTA's North Wales station was injured late Wednesday when he fell between the train and the platform, officials said.

The man, whose name was not released, was airlifted to Abington Hospital, SEPTA said. There is no word yet on his condition.

SEPTA said the man was trying to board a City Center bound train about 11:35 p.m. when he fell between the train and the platform.

Investigators are trying to determine if the man was attempting to board the train while it was stopped or moving.

Rescue workers removed the man about 20 minutes after he fell, SEPTA said.
