Hundreds of child-pornography images and "up-skirt" videos were found in the home of a Chester County man who police said also sexually assaulted a woman he lured there.

Daniel John Milowicki, 28, was arrested Tuesday on more than 300 felony counts, including sexual assault and child pornography.

"This defendant is a classic sexual predator," District Attorney Thomas Hogan said in a statement Wednesday. "He progressed from possession of child pornography to creating his own clandestine pornography to a sexual assault."

A 21-year-old woman reported Milowicki to state police after she responded to a Craigslist ad he posted looking for a model.

When the woman, who was not identified by authorities, arrived at his West Bradford home, Milowicki reportedly forced her to perform oral sex on him while he wore a GoPro camera, which he used to record the sex acts on video, police said.

Under the name DJ Dan Dub C, Milowicki works as a self-employed photographer and disc jockey, serving children's pool parties, birthday parties, and school dances. He also worked at weddings, bars, and other events, police said.

On Wednesday, Milowicki did not return a call from The Inquirer.

Milowicki's pornography collection included images of children as young as 5 and videos he had surreptitiously recorded from beneath women's skirts.

State police seized recording devices, media-storage devices, computers, and sex-related paraphernalia from Milowicki's residence, along with a marijuana-growing operation.

The county sees a steady stream of sexual assaults and child-pornography cases, and up-skirting cases have become more common, Hogan said, but this is the first time he has seen a case involving all three.

"This guy sort of hits the hat trick of depravity," Hogan said.

The woman who responded to his advertisement thought she would be paid $300 to model clothing in a photo shoot. She met Milowicki at a store, and he drove her to his residence, police said.

Later, Milowicki threatened to release the video online if she did not participate in another photo shoot with sexual acts, she told police.

On his website, djdanwc.com, Milowicki called himself "West Chester Pa's Best Disc Jockey." He has a second residence in West Chester.

Because "of the defendant's potential exposure to many young victims as a DJ and photographer," Hogan said, "we remain concerned that the full scope of the defendant's conduct has not been uncovered yet."

He urged anyone who has had contact with Milowicki to report concerns to state police at 610-486-6280.

Milowicki posted $250,000 bail Tuesday. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for Tuesday.
