Woman stabbed at SEPTA station

SEPTA said the incident happened just before 9:30 a.m. Wednesday at the Arrott Transportation Center at Frankford Avenue and Arrott Street.
A man approached the woman as she was entering the station, the transit agency said, and they became involved in a verbal altercation.
The man, whom the woman didn't know, then struck her face and slashed her arm with a box cutter, SEPTA said.
The woman was hospitalized for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries.
Investigators are looking for the assailant. A description wasn't available.
It wasn't immediately known what sparked the incident.
