EXTON Collegium Charter School has hired a New Jersey educator to become its new CEO.
Antoinette Rath, superintendent of Mount Laurel Township schools, will start at the Exton charter in September.
Rath, a graduate of West Chester University, was named 2015 Superintendent of the Year by the Burlington County chapter of the New Jersey Association of School Administrators. She led Mount Laurel's transition to new state standards, according to a statement from Collegium.
"We are confident that her extensive leadership experience in education and enthusiasm for student learning will further this school's great legacy," said Viktor Ohnjec, president of the school's board of trustees. - Justine McDaniel
