D.A. adds three prosecutors

WEST CHESTER Three new prosecutors have joined the Chester County District Attorney's Office, said District Attorney Thomas Hogan.

Matthew Finley, previously a prosecutor in Virginia; Caitlin Rice, an intern at the county office and at the U.S. Attorney's Office; and Samantha Ryan, a former staff member and intern at the Chester County office, were sworn in Friday.

One veteran Chesco prosecutor recently announced a move to the U.S. Department of Justice.

"The District Attorney's Office is fortunate to add these prosecutors. They are bright, hardworking, and ethical," Hogan said.
