Philadelphia police yesterday identified a man who was fatally shot in Port Richmond on Thursday as Ryan Kelly, 21.

Police were called to Almond Street near Tioga - about a block from Kelly's house - shortly after 5 a.m., and found the young man on the ground with a gunshot wound to his chest.

Kelly was pronounced dead at Temple University Hospital at 5:31 a.m. Police have no suspects or motives for the slaying. Tipsters can contact the Homicide Unit at 215-686-3334.

Thief on the run

Investigators are trying to identify and track down a man who robbed a 50-year-old man inside a Wells Fargo Bank in Kensington on Oct. 30.

The robber approached the victim inside the bank's lobby about 5:10 a.m. and demanded money.

A struggle ensued. The robber stole $300 from the man and then darted out of the bank, located on Allegheny Avenue near Jasper Street. Police said the thief ran towards nearby Kensington Avenue.

North Philly restaurant robbed

Three men - one of whom was armed - robbed the Golden Cuisine Chinese restaurant on Broad Street near North Street on Nov. 11.

Police said one of the men worked as a lookout while the other two swiped an unknown amount of cash from the restaurant about 10:45 that night.

One suspect was arrested, but two others are still on the loose.

The first was described as a thin black man in his early-to-mid-20s. He stood about 6-2 and wore gray sweatpants and a gray hooded sweatshirt with the word "Nation" printed across the chest.

The second suspect was described as a black man in his early-to-mid-20s who was about 5-8 and wore a gray hooded sweatshirt.

Local woman missing

Police are asking for the public's help in the search for a 35-year-old woman who has been missing for a week.

Yaritza Felciano was last seen at her home on Johnson Street near Stenton Avenue in East Germantown about 3:15 a.m. on Nov. 21.

Police said she is 5-1 and about 125 pounds. Investigators don't know what she was last seen wearing. Tipsters should contact Northwest Detectives at 215-686-3353.
