Man, 31, shot to death in Germantown
A 31-year-old man was fatally shot Wednesday afternoon in the city's Germantown section, police said. Shortly before 1 p.m. in the 200 block of Apsley Street, the victim was shot multiple times. He was transported to Temple University Hospital, where he was pronounced dead at 1:15 p.m.
