At least one person was hurt and another was taken into custody after an accident that involved a SEPTA bus Friday night in the city's Bridesburg section, an agency spokesman said.

About 9:30 p.m. at Richmond and Orthodox Streets, two SUVs collided, and one of the vehicles then made contact with the Route 25 bus, said SEPTA spokesman Andrew Busch.

No one on the bus was hurt. The injured person and the person under arrest were in the SUVs, Busch said. The cause of the accident was under investigation. - Robert Moran
