A person was fatally struck by a SEPTA train Wednesday night in Delaware County, authorities said. The accident was reported at 10:40 p.m. in the area of the Ardmore Junction Station in Haverford Township. The person was struck by a Norristown High Speed Line train that was heading to the Norristown station.
