Police have arrested a North Philadelphia man for allegedly fatally gunning down a man during a street robbery in Juniata Park last month.

Police have arrested a North Philadelphia man for allegedly fatally gunning down a man during a street robbery in Juniata Park last month.
Rasheed Tancemore, 20, of the 2900 block of West Wishart Street, was arrested Friday in a home on the 1500 block of Church Street, Frankford, police said.
Tancemore was the second suspect arrested in the Jan. 27 homicide of Donald Green, 19, who was shot as he and a 19-year-old friend were leaving Edward Food Market at Neilson Street and Hunting Park Avenue. Police arrested Kaheef Edwards, 25, on murder and theft charges a few days after the slaying.
