Holly Harrar, 22, of Pottstown, is Miss Philadelphia 2016. The Shippensburg University student was crowned Saturday night at the 95th Miss Philadelphia Pageant, held at Mandell Theater at Drexel University.

Selected from a field of 18 contestants, Harrar now will compete in the 2016 Miss Pennsylvania Pageant in June, in hopes of representing the commonwealth at the Miss America Pageant in Atlantic City in September.
