In Southwest Philadelphia, a man died just after 8 p.m. after he was struck by a Mitsubishi at the 7300 block of Lindbergh Boulevard. His age was not known.
A half-hour later in Northeast Philadelphia, a 50-year-old man crossing the inner lanes of the 7600 block of Roosevelt Boulevard was hit by a motorcycle. He was in critical condition at Aria Health-Torresdale Campus.
Police announced no arrests in either incident. - Maria Panaritis
