Two men dead after separate attacks in Philly
Philadelphia police were investigating two separate attacks Monday morning that left two men dead. Around 1:15 a.m., police responded to the 4400 block of Westminster Street in West Philadelphia. The call had been for a shooting, but officers instead found a man who had been stabbed several times in his legs and torso, police said.

Around 1:15 a.m., police responded to the 4400 block of Westminster Street in West Philadelphia. The call had been for a shooting, but officers instead found a man who had been stabbed several times in his legs and torso, police said.
The man, 31-year-old David Becton, was pronounced dead at the scene. Becton lived on North 46th Street, about two blocks away from where he was found.
Around 6:30 a.m. in the Logan section of North Philadelphia, another man was found dead in the parking lot behind a Dunkin' Donuts on North Broad Street.
The 39-year-old man had a puncture wound in his chest, but police say it's unclear whether he'd been shot or stabbed.
No arrests have been made in either incident.
