Gunfire wounds a man in West Philadelphia

Man wounded in W. Phila. shooting

Police are investigating a West Philadelphia shooting Sunday that wounded one man.

The 53-year-old was shot in the right thigh about 8 p.m. on the 600 block of South 55th Street, police said.

He was taken to Presbyterian Hospital and was listed in stable condition Sunday night.

No arrests had been made.
