Man in North Philly shot three times, placed in critical

A 21-year-old man was in critical condition after being shot three times Thursday evening in North Philadelphia, police said.

The victim was shot in the back, thigh, and ankle shortly before 6:10 p.m. at Second and Ontario Streets. He was taken by police to Temple University Hospital. No arrests were reported.
