Deadly fire in West Philly

A person was found dead inside an apartment that caught fire Thursday night in West Philadelphia, officials said. The blaze was reported in the 300 block of North 64th Street about 8:30 p.m. with flames shooting out of a second-story apartment above Nicky and Pete's Famous Dogs. The fire was declared under control at 9:13 p.m.
