Two women accused of aiding the suspects who plotted a botched Bucks County pizza shop robbery that ended with the death of one robber waived their preliminary hearings Wednesday.

Chasidy Demi Ramos, 25, of Bristol, and Robin Lynn Soto, 52, of Levittown, are accused of helping Soto's sons hold up Porfirio's Pizza & Pasta II.

Prosecutors say Ramos and Soto came into the Levittown restaurant before the Nov. 15 robbery and asked when it closed. Shortly after they left, Justin and Shawn Rose entered, wearing masks and surgical guns, and holding Airsoft pellet guns that appeared to be pistols.

The brothers pistol-whipped the shop's sole customer, who pulled a gun and shot them. Shawn Rose, 24, was killed. Justin Rose, 22, who is Ramos' boyfriend, was critically injured.

The customer, whom authorities have not identified, was not charged with a crime.

Ramos and Soto have been held in the Bucks County prison since their arrests. Ramos planned to post bail, which had been set at $2 million and was ordered lowered Wednesday to $250,000.

Justin Rose was charged with robbery, conspiracy, simple assault, and reckless endangerment. His preliminary hearing is expected to be scheduled once he recovers from his injuries.

Soto and Ramos will be arraigned on Jan. 22 in Doylestown.
